Snap shots taken in Bedford, Halifax, and the Annapolis Valley, during the late 1930s and early 1940s.

Nova Scotia Relief Map Directory, 1932, p. 178, listed various Halifax hotels and noted that “at the Nova Scotian (operated by the Canadian National Railways) the largest and best equipped hotel in the province, you may get the ultimate in hotel service.”
