Bill of expenses for surveying and "qualifying" the marsh, by order of the commissioner, George Bartoux. Names of owners are: Mrs. Avis Ritchie, John McLaughlin, George Runciman, Alexander Easson, S.D. Tobias, T.P. Ruggles, Peter Bonnett, A.B. Hardwick and Mrs. Whitman.
